Establishment of changes and approval of the design

Selection of ideas that users liked the most, implementing changes. At this stage, it is possible to introduce up to 2 changes to the overall concept. Selection of lighting and species.

The executive project includes:

• Analysis of the plot/environment and Investor preferences - Detailed site studies, considering soil conditions, topography, and climatic aspects, determining the needs and expectations of users.

• Top-down views of the garden - General plan showing the spatial layout of the garden, including all elements.

• Planting design - Plan showing the arrangement of vegetation with detailed descriptions of species, quantities, and a dimensional grid of 1m x 1m.

• Views of all designed elements: Detailed plans for small architecture (e.g., pergolas, pools) and other elements such as paths, lighting, or garden furniture.

• List of vegetation - Complete list of plants with quantitative details.

• Plans with dimensions and areas - Precise measurements of the entire garden and its individual elements, along with a dimensional grid.

• Material selection - Accurate selection of construction and finishing materials, considering aesthetics and functionality.

• Visualizations of the garden - views that accurately present the final effect of the project.
